Officers
President:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association President presides over all annual and special meetings of the association and is responsible for enforcing and overseeing all laws, regulations and financial affairs of the association. The president serves a one-year term.
President-Elect:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association President-Elect assists the president with their duties and takes over those duties if he/she is unable to perform them. The president-elect serves a one-year term.
Past President:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Past President assists the president in hosting the current annual business meeting by passing on information from the previous annual business meeting. The past-president serves a one-year term.
Secretary:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Secretary keeps all records of association membership and activities, including the mailing list. The Secretary serves a three-year term.
Secretary-Elect:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Secretary-Elect assists the secretary with their duties and takes over those duties if he/she is unable to perform them. The Secretary-Elect serves a one-year term.
Treasurer:
The Treasurer receives all monies and is responsible for all payments of goods and services and reporting of all business transactions to the membership at the annual meeting. The treasurer serves a three-year term.
Treasurer-Elect:
The Tri-State Treasurer-elect assists the Treasurer with their duties and takes over those duties if he/she is unable to perform them. The Treasurer-Elect served a one-year term.
Vendor Representative:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Vendor Representative represents the vendor members of the Association to address their needs and interests. The Vendor Representative assists the host committee with the planning of the vendor show at the annual meeting.
Vendor Representative-Elect:
The Tri-State Bookstore Association Vendor Representative -Elect, assists the Vendor Representative with their duties and assumes them if he/she is unable to perform them.
